So I've got to go to an engagement party that I forgot about.
Could I get an extension?

PostSubject: Re: MATCH 4.) Chris Dolmeth w/ Jakob Azazel vs. Dante Cross vs. JHalc   MATCH 4.) Chris Dolmeth w/ Jakob Azazel vs. Dante Cross vs. JHalc EmptySun Jan 25, 2015 2:01 pm

OOC: Yeah, I was hungover for a good part of this and have to go out again for my sister's birthday meal, so the latter parts were rushed (and probably not good anyway due to the hangover). Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy.

--------------------------------------

The match begins with the three competitors standing in a corner of the squared circle each. Upon hearing the three chimes Dante and JHalc immediately go to work on the largest man in the match; Chris Dolmeth. The Jack of Hearts opens up with a hard knee to the gut of the Englishman, doubling him over in the process. The Crucifixionist follows this initial blow up with a knee of his own, this time directed at the side of the bearded chap’s head though it isn’t successful in dropping him to the ground, merely dropping him to a knee and stunning the pseudo-giant. Both men grab an arm of the Strapping Young Lad each and pull him towards themselves, before pushing on his back sending him into the opposite ropes with an Irish Whip. On the rebound both men jump in the air, planting the soles of their boots into the chest of ‘Meth and dropping him to the mat with a double dropkick. The big man clutches his chest as he falls and immediately upon contacting the canvas rolls to his side and out of the ring underneath the bottom rope in order to escape this unwitting alliance the two smaller men seem to have formed against him. JHalc turns and runs into the far ropes, perhaps garnering speed to attack the young man at ringside. Of course we’ll never know as Dante Cross ends his brief union by extending his arm out and hooking the incoming JHalc’s throat with a clothesline. The Son of Sin runs into the ropes and JHalc rolls over onto his front forcing Dante to hop over him. On Dante’s rebound JHalc bursts up from the mat in one giant leap and twists his body, planting his boots into the face of his opponent with a dropkick. The twenty nine year old once again runs into the ropes and uses the elastic force to propel himself forward, leaving his feet and performing a backflip before landing torso first on top of Dante with a running Shooting Star Press. He hooks the leg but only manages to get a count of one before Cross has his shoulder up. Pulling Dante up to his feet via his hair, The Jack of Hearts applies a front facelock to his opponent as the Inglorious Bastard slithers back into the ring, feeling he’s kept out of the action for long enough to gain the upper hand. JHalc hooks Dante’s loose arm up over his own neck and takes a hold of The Son of Sin’s trunks before quickly flinging his bodyweight back, forcing Dante up and over with a Snap Suplex. JHalc makes his way to his feet fairly quickly but is blasted in the back of the head with a double axe handle by Dolmeth, dropping the wrestler. The six foot six combatant stands over the Triple Crown champion, his next move looming. He raises a bent arm up above his head and drops his full bodyweight down through his elbow into the back of his adversary. He makes his way back to his feet and readies his arm for another elbow drop, but this time he is blindsided by Mr. Cross ramming his forearm into the back of The Adjudicator’s knee, buckling the big man’s base and causing him to lose balance and fall to the canvas with a Chop Block. Knowing that Dolmeth has only recently returned from a severe shoulder injury the callous Cross goes straight to work, pulling the arm back behind his opponent, bending it at the elbow and forcing the wrist up to the shoulders locking a grounded Hammerlock.

Ted: “It doesn’t seem like any one man can get a clear advantage over both of his opponent’s here tonight.”
Joey: “Well what do you expect? You take one out and you’ve got to deal with the other one. You spend too much time on one and the other fucker is going to hit you in the back. Multiple man matches are always difficult to try and keep on top of.”

Dante crawls up onto the back of the Bearded Brawler, riding him like a young child rides those annoying mechanical horses outside of shops that cost a couple coins but the parents pretend they cost an arm and a leg coming out with stuff like “Do you really want to waste your money on that?” – except the mechanical horse in question is actually a dude that you’ve put in a hammerlock armbar. Dolmeth bangs his foot off of the canvas, trying to create a distraction for himself from the pain. He reaches over his chest with his free hand and tries to nurse the shoulder that Dante is attempting to wrench out of the socket. Dante keeps the hold locked in, occasionally cranking up the pressure by trying to twist the arm up the back further, only for the elastic effect of Chris’ muscle fibres to have the arm whip back down. The Inglorious Bastard decides merely trying to alleviate the pain isn’t a good enough game plan and begins to drag himself (and the one hundred and ninety five pounds of spite that sits on his back) across the squared circle to the nearest ropes where the onyx and purple haired Warlock stands screaming at Chris to hurry up. Dolmeth doesn’t have to, however, as his shoulder is saved by JHalc whose leg swings into camera view only for Dante Cross to duck underneath the foot. The Jack of Hearts keeps the momentum of the kick going and comes back around only for Dante to duck underfoot again. This time, however, JHalc plants the foot down on the mat and raises his previously grounded foot up on the turn, managing to catch the Son of Sin off guard and crack him in the jaw with a spinning Back Kick. Cross slumps to the side, his lights having been momentarily turned off. With the burden lessened, Dolmeth rolls over onto his back. He holds onto his shoulder as he shakes the attacked arm trying to get blood flowing back into it and get rid of some of the numbness. The Halcster has other ideas and none of these ideas include giving either opponent time to rest up. He explodes off into the ropes before sliding along the floor, his feet meeting with the side shoulder of the Englishman, who promptly rolls to the other side of the ring. Dante begins to rise up off the mat with the aid of the ring ropes and JHalc uses him as a jump pad, kicking off of his back to gain air time, somersaulting in the air before crashing down back first on the chest of Dolmeth with a rolling senton as Dante’s throat bounces off of the middle ring rope flinging his body back. The Crucifixionist lies prone in the centre of the ring. Breathing heavily from the multiple bursts of energy, JHalc sprints past the floored body of Cross and leaps up at the ring ropes, his feet landing on the middle ones. He spring boards back performing a backflip fully intending on connecting with his signature Lionsault on Dante but Cross rolls to his side, just out of range. At the last second the former Intercontinental Champion gets his feet down, but continues through with the momentum of his initial Lionsault, executing a standing backflip and landing on the back of Mr. Cross the standing Moonsault connecting beautifully. The Jack of Hearts forces Dante to roll over onto his back and hooks a leg as the referee drops down into position to count the pin. “ONE!” “TWO!” NO! The bearded body of the British bastard flies into view as a double axe handle comes down on the base of JHalc’s neck breaking the pin attempt up. At ringside the Magician applaudes.

Ted: “That’s two pin attempts JHalc’s had on Cross thus far in the match and they’re the only attempts we’ve had.”
Joey: “Well, like I said earlier Ted, with an extra opponent hanging about in the ring, you’ve got to be damned sure that they’re not going to impact the result of your pin attempt.”
Ted: “Well an in-ring veteran like The Jack of Hearts should know this, so why’s he keep going for these quick pins?”
Joey: “Well, with each pin having a high chance of getting broken up it he could just be going for as many covers as he can. With each pin attempt the victim has so exude energy to kick out or the saviour has to exude energy trying to break it up. Plus, a quick pin and constantly going for them could just catch an opponent off guard and end up stealing you a win.”

The ruthlessness that Chris Dolmeth has become known for shines through as he mounts JHalc, cupping the back of Halc’s head with his left hand and proceeds to deliver blow after blow to the head, targeting the forehead. The Terror of Tyneside ceases his assault as his head whips round so he faces Dante Cross, the movement of the competitor getting to his feet catching the eye of the Unorthodontist. The Jack of Hearts’ head bounces off the canvas as ‘Meth lets go. He stands up and begins to walk towards The Son of Sin. Dolmeth waits for his target to turn around before he plants his boot into the gut of the opponent doubling him over. Chris pulls Dante’s head under his armpit and proceeds to hook under both of Cross’ arms, locking his own finger in the middle of Dante’s back. Using his might, he hoists The Crucifixionist up into the air, holding him there at the peak of his ascent. Chris begins the descent by leaning back and unhooking one of Dante’s arms. As they both approach the canvas the Strapping Young Lad turns his body and throws Cross down to the mat, delivering a delayed Butterfly Suplex. Dante gets the fuck out of Dodge and rolls out under the bottom rope, not wanting anything more to do with the Warlock’s Assistant. A smile grows out from the ginger-tinged forest of Chris’ beard and he shrugs. He doesn’t care if Dante escapes his wrath, there’s another man he can target still readily there. Dolmeth squats in the corner as he measures up the Jack of Hearts. JHalc drags himself up to his feet with the aid of the ropes and groggily begins to turn around. Like the sound of a gunshot to Olympic-grade sprinters this is the signal Chris Dolmeth has been waiting for and spurs him in to action. He briskly jogs before planting his foot in the canvas. He pivots on his heel, turning himself a full three hundred and sixty degrees around before lifting his right foot up so the sole meets with the face of the Triple Crown Champion JHalc. The Miner’s Strike manages to cause The Jack of Hearts’ head to whip round and for spit to fly out of his mouth, almost hitting a little fat kid in the front row on one of the more prominent pimples between his eyes. His body soon follows and spins round, catching up with his head before he drops to the mat like a soldier that was just shot in the head. Chris hangs on to the top rope, the discus boot having made him lose his balance and fall, catching the rope only to steady himself. He looks through his brow around the arena and grins. He lifts his hand up to the side of his head, extending his little finger out in front of his mouth and his thumb up next to the ear as if a phone, a symbol of the Cult of Azazel. Of course, he’s asking if they can ‘hear the call of Azazel’. Slowly he turns around, hand still held up to the side of his head. He stands over JHalc who is beginning to stir on the canvas. J pushes up off of the canvas and tries to shake the cobwebs out of his skull. Blindly he reaches out, hoping to grab hold of something that will aid him in his ascent to his feet. He does. Unfortunately it is the belt of the Inglorious Bastard. He pulls himself up to both feet, though he still barely has a solid base before he looks up only to meet the gaze of the bearded brawler. Chris readies his fist and slugs Halc straight in the chin, causing his body to go limp in his arms. Dolmeth grabs onto the wrist of The Jack of Hearts and pulls his arm up over ‘Meth’s head while he slips his arm between the legs of JHalc. Taking the deadweight of the former Intercontinental Champion’s body onto his shoulders, Chris shifts his hand to hold onto the back of JHalc’s head before standing upright. He stands centre of the ring and lets out a mighty warcry. Meanwhile, Dante Cross has mantled up the turnbuckle and now looks to be in a position to strike. He flicks his long, wetted hair up out of his face with a quick snap of the head and stands up straight atop the metal pole. Lord Azazel sees this and rushes up the apron, grabbing around the leg of Cross, preventing him from taking flight. He tries to shake his leg free then goes on to deliver a couple of punches to the interfering manager, eventually causing him to relinquish his grasp. But it is too late for Cross. The commotion caught the attention of the Unorthodontist who has made his way to the corner, JHalc still draped across the back of his shoulders. Chris reaches up through the legs of The Jack of Hearths and hooks behind the knee of the Son of Sin. He stretches up and manages to get a handful of loose dangling hair with his other hand and pulls down on it, taking Cross of balance and forcing The Crucifixionist to lie on top of JHalc. Once again, Dolmeth goes up to a fully standing position but this time with the added weight of Cross on top of his shoulders. He struggles to walk to the centre of the ring, his legs shaking and ready to buckle at any point. He drops his hip and turns his body, trying to build torque before releasing a torrent of energy and strength, uncoiling his body and throwing the legs of both opponents up into the air and off his shoulders. All three men turn, two of them in the air. Dante soars above the canvas, eventually coming to a crashing halt on his side and skidding off under the ropes and hitting the padded concrete with a sickening thud as JHalc is dragged down face first into the mat by the six foot six, two hundred and seventy eight pound superstar hailing from Gateshead, England. The impact of the move forces him to bounce off the canvas and land on his back as the Strapping Young Lad lies there exhausted by what that bout of strength took out of him.

Ted: “OH MY GOD! CHRIS DOLMETH JUST NAILED A DOUBLE APOPTOSIS! WHAT STRENGTH THIS YOUNG MAN HAS!”

Chris rolls over and drags himself to his downed foe, managing to lie atop him and hook a leg as Ryu falls into position to start the count.
“ONE! TWO! THREE!”

The bell rings out and Dolmeth lets go of the leg which falls lifelessly to the mat. The screen fades out as Azazel begins to drag his accomplish out of the ring.
