PWInsider.com is reporting the negotiations to bring former TNA Knockout and WWE Diva Awesome Kong back to TNA weren’t actually finalized until right before last Wednesday’s Impact Wrestling television show in New York City.

TNA officials are reported to have the deal done and glad she is back with the company, as they feel that Kong is an important figure they can use to make the Knockouts division stand out from other women’s wrestling.

TNA officials are also using this new “reboot” on Destination America to help put focus on athletics and personalities within the division, and the Knockouts are expected to gain a renewed focus in TNA.

The goal is to elevate them all and have them stand out; one of the chants that the TNA was enjoying was the “better than Divas” chant.

That better than Divas chant is hilarious xD

And I'm glad Kong is back. Havoc is just not cutting it imo as a larger figure in the division. Kong was the first real one, at least for TNA anyway.
