Here's how they will work now. Instead of listing the top five or ten characters in the fed, we'll now be ranking the entire fed. The rankings will be decided based on four factors: wins/losses, promos, effort and storylines. Winning and losing is the obvious thing. Promos are self explanatory. If they write promos and do good ones, they're higher up. Effort is based on how much effort they put into their storylines, matches and promos, whether they win or lose. And storylines are if the person is actually involved in something, putting him or her higher than the ones who are just there, not really doing anything.
