According to several live reports, TNA fans were unhappy with the continued stalling during last night’s Impact Wrestling taping. At one point, there was a 15 minute period downtime, during which the fans were chanting “we want wrestling” while Jeremy Borash was trying to fill time.

In other Impact Wrestling news, around 450-500 fans attended last night’s Impact Wrestling tapings at the Manhattan Center in New York City.

Tommy Dreamer worked backstage at last night’s show as an agent.

As we noted moments ago, TNA fans were said to be vocally unhappy about a lot of stalling which took place at last night’s Impact Wrestling tapings at the Manhattan Center.

According to PWInsider.com, a big reason why there was so much stalling is because TNA was using Manhattan Center production equipment, and there were said to be numerous issues with the equipment not working properly. It’s being said TNA is lucky last night’s show was on a tape delay, otherwise they would have had serious problems if the show was truly live.

Additionally, there were said to be a lot of missed shots during last night’s Impact broadcast, and word is regular show director David Sahadi was not directing Impact last night.

In related Impact news, the backstage brawl which opened last night’s show was actually filmed on Tuesday night.

500 people at The Manhattan Center

Eh, they've over used the NYC area now. People can't afford to constantly go, not to mention TNA had a real slump in the last quarter of last year.

And I liked that brawl that started the show.

No. But if you can't afford to go to a TNA event every 4/5 months than either ticket prices are too high or maybe interest in TNA is going down.

Maybe people are just saving money for the event WWE and ROH run there.

TNA sold out the Manhattan Center, so about 800-1000 people. ROH sold out the Ballroom, which is about 500 people more.

To be fair ROH runs bigger cards in New York City with pay per view line ups.

But TNA is, or maybe even was, the bigger promotion. I think they have TV that airs in New York as well. Maybe TNA just sucks at advertising these events. I mean Dixie Carter did say on a podcast that all you need to TV and people will come to the house shows. You don't need to advertise it or anything

Yeah sure. That's why they sell out venues with nearly 3,000 people and in the same city TNA can only do about 500.

Part of the problem is Dixie Carter is so stupid. She had the in ring return of Kurt Angle at the show. Instead of advertising it so maybe it would encourage more people to come to the show.
