| - It was mentioned on tonight's WWE Main Event that Zeb Colter was out suffering leg injuries after the backstage attack from Rusev on this week's RAW. Michael Cole promised an update on Zeb's status later. Jack Swagger cut a promo tonight and vowed to take the United States Title from Rusev.
- The dark match in between tonight's Main Event and SmackDown tapings saw NXT Champion Adrian Neville defeat Sami Zayn with Red Arrow.
- Cole confirmed on Main Event tonight that some WWE Slammy Awards will be given out on the Slammy Awards pre-show at 7:30pm EST next Monday night. It was also confirmed that the pre-show will be live from Greenville, South Carolina instead of WWE headquarters in Stamford. It will be hosted by Byron Saxton, Alex Riley and Booker T.
