| - As noted on Monday, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar has been pulled from next Monday's Slammy Awards RAW in Greenville, South Carolina.
Lesnar was pulled due to a creative change. The new plan is for him to return on the December 15th episode to begin the build to the 2015 Royal Rumble.
