According to several readers, CM Punk paid tribute to the late Eddie Guerrero during this past weekend's live event in Las Cruces, NM. Punk took a fan's sign that said "Eddie Guerrero Country" and held it up in the ring before his match.

Sting to Face Former WWE Star in Puerto Rico
World Wrestling Council has announced that TNA star Sting will be appearing on the 40th anniversary show on September 21st at the Ruben Rodriguez Coliseum in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

Sting will headline the event in a match against former WWE star Carlito.

Also confirmed for the card is a tag-team match featuring Carlos Colon & Stacy Colon vs. Invader I and La Tigresa. The event marks Sting's pro wrestling debut in Puerto Rico.
