AC/DC’s drummer Phil Rudd has been charged with trying to arrange a murder. The BBC reports that Rudd, 60, has been charged in New Zealand with attempting to procure a murder, threatening to kill and possession of methamphetamine and cannabis.

The site reports that his home was raided on Thursday morning New Zealand time. No further details are available.

AC/DC is scheduled to release their latest album Rock or Bust on December 2nd.
