PROMO | Jared Jerusalem - "The Great Malevolence"

Vendetta continues after it's commercial break. The faithful fans of XWA are itching to see what the night has in store for them, and they're even more excited as King of Xtreme draws even closer. Suddenly the lights dim to its darkest. The only illumination left in the arena are the endless cellphones the audience members have.

Joey Miles: God fucking damnit! Ted, where's my flashlight!?

Ted Cedar: How am I supposed to know? Carry your own darn weight and look for it yourself.... Geez, and you call me the fat one.

The eerie cover of Sting's theme plays(Made by NewMusikOrder). A creepy sound of a man talking follows, voicing over as the dark tune plays from the sound system. The voice sounds soft and whisper-like, but still enough to give the crowd chills.

"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?"

"Is He able, but not willing?"

"Then he is evil. So why call him God?"

The titantron lights up again, showing clips of The Barbarian Lord, Vladimir Strife brutalizing Jared Jerusalem last week. The video shows the moments where The GodKing physically unleashed onslaughts on the former LionHeart Champion's back - hitting him with glass tubes, barbed wire, and the steel steps.

"Now everything was in ruins. The air was still and cold like the air in a refrigerating-room. What I felt was fear; I was afraid to look or speak or move. Everything about me seemed evil. When kindness has left people, even for a few moments, we become afraid of them, as if their reason had left them. When it has left a place where we have always found it, it is like shipwreck; we drop from security into something malevolent and bottomless."

The lights finally turn back on. Standing in the center of the ring is the man who lost his title last week after winning it the week before that, Jared Jerusalem. The Hypocrite Hunter looks indifferent with that pale expression on his face. He's wearing nothing but black slacks and black leather shoes. For the top of his body, he has no clothes on. Just tape wrapped around his torso, probably due to his injury, and some part of his upper right arm. Some of the audience welcome the man in open arms, still showing love even though he was dominated by The GodKing last week. However the rest of the people in the arena suspect that something's wrong. That creepy message earlier had to mean something, and they wonder if Double J has something to do with it. Jerusalem lifts up a microphone that he has in hand. He moves it closer to his mouth and begins to speak.

Jared Jerusalem: I lost my title last week.....

The fans turn silent as they do not know what to make of this depressive tone of Jared tonight. A couple members of the front row shout "You still got it!" to the wounded man in the ring, but The Piece of Eden didn't even acknowledge it.

Jared Jerusalem: As I was carried back into the locker room, I was so full of shame. How did I become so weak? How did I become so unable to battle back? I looked at my own reflection. Seeing my pitiful face in the mirror, my benevolent soul began to shrink. And I realized that there was one source to why I became week.

The KnockOut King pulls out a picture of him and his partner Riley Williamson, with their arms wrapped around each other like bros. After taking it out from his back pocket, he shows it to the crowd and immediately rips it - causing the audience to instantaneously react with jeers.

Jared Jerusalem: I'm done with whatever that was. The feeling of caring for others. Bonds are for the weak. Redamancy is the greatest form of denialism. I'm supposed to be the snake that bites people in the neck once they help me. That's who I am, I'm nothing but Malevolent.

Double J yanks up another picture from his left pocket. It's a photo of him with his young fans, one in particular is a kid with cancer. But without any care in the world, he rips it to shreds - making sure he also tore the part with the sick child out. Massive boos begin to erupt again, the whole arena has turned against Jared.

Jared Jerusalem: I blame each and every one of you! You made me into a fool! But no more..... I'm coming back to my roots. You're going to see the real side of Jared Jerusalem. The savage side of me.

Jared pulls out from his right pocket two old-looking masks and lifts it up for the world to see.

Jared Jerusalem: You all recognize the red one right? My SuicideViper mask. But what of the other one? That mask my dear XWA faithful, is my first ever alter-ego. Python! Now sure it wasn't the most original name, but I lived up to the moniker. I was savage, vicious, and I'd manipulate anyone to help me. When I'd stab them in the back, they'd ask "Why!?".... I would look them in the eye and tell them with a cold expression in my face "You stupid fool, I'm a fucking Python. Don't trust a snake."

The people in attendance boo at Jerusalem more loudly than before. A small portion of the audience are actually throwing crumpled paper and empty drinks.

Jared Jerusalem: Don't you fucking throw this crap at me! I deserve worship! You were taught to be afraid of monsters under your bed, but boy oh boy... The real monster is standing in the middle of this ring and I'm not afraid to box it out with anyone who thinks they can get in my way!

The fans continue to show negative reactions

Jared Jerusalem: You know what, I'm done with all of you. You wanna fucking boo me!? We'll see how you all sound next week.

Jared exits the ring and retreats to the locker room, receiving full on hate from the outraged members of the audience as his new theme "Eyesore" by Janus plays.

Ted Cedar: How could the man turn his back on the people who loved him!? He was becoming the man people payed to see, and now he ruins it.

Joey Miles: Just like what he said, Ted. You can't trust a snake! I am loving this new side of Jerusalem.

Ted Cedar: What will this mean for Jerusalem? For the KnockOut Kings? For everyone who showed support for The Piece of Eden? God damn you, Jerusalem!

Joey Miles: All hail the Great Malevolence!
