Gamescom graced us with a brand new demonstration-slash-trailer, this time featuring the remastered Final Fantasy X/X-2.
The clip is a comparison video, shows us how a combat scene plays out in the two versions of Final Fantasy X—first the old, then the new. The HD version is demonstrated starting at 1:47, at which point we're shown a glimpse of some redesigned menus, sharper, better-looking effects and textures, and there's even a sample of the newly arranged soundtrack.
The Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will land sometime this year on the PS3 and the PS Vita.

I LOVE FFX & X-2! They should have new missions and items/weapons. Either way, I WANT IT NOW!!! <3

I heard it's gonna be the international version, which is epic. I've always wanted to try the dark aeons.

I'm upset. I loved this game a lot when I played the original X, it was like the only FF game I played and I loved it a lot. Now they're remaking it but it's only for PS3.
