Do you think if Vince kept the wrestling stuff out of the XFL do you think it may have lasted longer? I mean looking back the XFL wasn't that bad and a lot of ideas that the XFL had the NFL and other sports took. If Vince just kept the characters and wrestling aspects out of the XFL would a spring football league have worked?

The only thing he had wrestlers wise was on commentary. The XFL would of failed anyway because it would of always been linked to the fake aspect of wrestling.

Yeah, XFL would have had long-lasting difficulties separating itself from the reputation of 'fake' pro wrestling. Maybe a few domestic abuse cases and sexual assault charges would have made the XFL a more respectable institution.
