I'm still getting the game, but if it's not all it's cracked up to be, and there isn't much else out by Christmas, I might just get the PS3 version and hold off on the new console until FFXV comes out.

I'm still iffy on getting the PS4. But I'm in the same boat as you, when FFXV comes out I will be getting it.

A lot of people say the PS4 is much better than the Xbox One. People who actually own both.

Also, I don't care about this game, because I don't like Halo, so idk what people are saying about it.

I never EVER take ratings systems seriously. No one should, they're ridiculous.

The 6.4 on the side is about 2000 user reviews.

I don't use reviews as a be-all, end-all, but it's generally a fairly good indicator of how much people are gonna like it.

I dunno, I always have the thought that no one rates things when they like them. Or at least, very few do. I assume that if someone is going to rate something, they're going to do it negatively because they were dissatisfied. I don't know many people who say "YEAH! THIS GAME IS AWESOME! GONNA GO RATE IT REAL QUICK!" but I can easily imagine someone say "This game fucking sucks! I fucking hate it. Gonna go give it a low rating."

That's also why comment sections are always so negative.

That is very true, and a lot more critics are going to be publishing their ratings later on, since the game does take quite a while to play through.

However, the reception it's currently getting doesn't make it seem like it's worth buying a console for. That's basically what the topic was about.

I just want to play GTA V.

This game is great tbh.

If the Xbox One was better than PS4 it would be outselling that rather than the other way around.

That being said, I've watched streams of the game on Twitch and everyone who played it said its fun but it's lacking a lot of things and the story is all over the place.

I got the PS4, but haven't found a good exclusive as of yet. That said, there's some damn good ones coming up in Bloodborne and LBP3. The only game I've actually bought so far was Outlast, which is pretty awesome, but is also available on at least the PC.

Maybe not any single title, but the collection of them definitely adds up.

Exclusives lead me to pick the PS3 over the 360 last gen and exclusives lead me to pick the PS4 over the XBO.

It doesnt? Lol i think the Wii U is better even though people arent buying Wii Us. PS4 > Xbox One. Deal with it.

As of right now, Wii U > PS4 > XBone. They're all fairly close though.

I don't have a Wii U (yet, though it has a lot of exclusives I want) or an Xbox One, so I can't say which system is the best. But everyone I've seen with both a One and PS4 have said the PS4 is better. That has to count for something.

So the temptation got to me... I bought a PS4.

And Destiny is alright.
