The following matches have been announced for NXT Takeover 2, the two-hour live special on the WWE Network on September 11th.
NXT Women’s Championship
Charlotte (c) vs. Bayley
NXT Tag Team Championship
The Ascension (c) vs. Tournament Winners
Hair vs. Hair Match
Enzo Amore vs. Sylvester LeFort
Adrian Neville will also defend the NXT Championship, but his opponent has not been official revealed. The two remaining teams in the ongoing tag team tournament are Kalisto and Sin Cara, and the Vaudevillians. It is also expected that Mojo Rawley will take on Bull Dempsey at the event.
Triple H made a special visit to Full Sail University during tonight’s episode to announce a huge segment for next week’s show – a brand new general manager for NXT will be revealed. The GM’s first job will be to oversee the NXT Takeover 2 special.
