On Thursday, August 21st, in what could be the first step in humanity's ultimate downfall, FXX is unleashing a Chesty La Rue-sized marathon of all 552 episodes of The Simpsons.

So are you in it for the long haul? Do you have your couch prepped and your plants over-watered? Have you left money laying out for your kids to order pizza for 12 straight days? It's probably good to get some stretching in too.

If you have particular seasons you'd like to revisit, here's a listing for all 25 - including an appropriate time-out for The Simpsons movie between Seasons 18 and 19. So maybe you'd like to revisit the classic early seasons, which many (rightfully) claim are some of the best comedy ever produced. Or maybe you haven't watch the show in a while and want to see what some of the more recent seasons have to offer.
