While JBL noted on Raw last night that the Rusev vs Jack Swagger match at SummerSlam could end in a submission, the WWE.com preview for the match claims the match can only be won after one competitor captures the other competitor’s flag.

It’s likely WWE has yet to make up its mind on the rules of the match, however, as a source noted to WWE that they are considering having the winner be decided by either pin fall or submission, and then the winner gets his national anthem played.
