According to PWInsider.com, former WWE employee Rafael Morfi, who has been working as TNA’s Senior Director of Live Events, has given his notice to TNA and will be leaving the company in a few weeks. Morfi will be taking a job as a top executive for the New York Cosmos soccer team.
Morfi was responsible for securing several big media appearances to promote both sets of TNA tapings in New York City this year, and was credited with some of the success of the first tapings.
Additionally, Jaymee Sharp, who has worked as TNA’s Production Chief Engineer since 2008, also recently gave his notice to TNA officials. Sharp will be leaving soon to work for another company in Nashville.
