Escapist Magazine and a user on the NeoGAF forums have revealed details from the Bioware's Mass Effect 4 panel at the San Diego Comic Con. It was revealed that the game is years away. Bioware also confirmed the return of the Mako and said that cooperative multiplayer is now a permanent fixture of the series. A video showing the Mako concept animation has also appeared online. Producer Mike Gamble said the game is still in the early stages of development.
