Bellator MMA fighter Tito Ortiz told CagesideSeats.com in a new interview that he will be returning to TNA this fall. Tito said:

"I'm actually returning August or September. I'll be coming back to TNA and doing some stuff. It's in the works with Dixie. She reached out to me and I'm a big wrestling fan. I've been a wrestling fan since Junkyard Dog! We have some ideas."

Tito also commented on TNA's situation with Spike TV:

"I think Spike TV needs pro wrestling on there. I know they have a big fan base. Maybe it's all just negotiations, back-and-forth with money. It's a business and I understand that, so we'll see what happens."

WHY?!

TNA has to play nice with Spike right now even more then ever. If TNA could get a better network (which would be any network other then spike is a better network) Then they could finally tell spike to piss off with the MMA shit. But right now it seems like spike is their only hope, so rather they like it or not, or the fans like it or not...they have to fucking do it.

Tito could draw IMO if TNA used him right. He can't come and do TV every week but if you say, have Lashley attack him on Impact and then have Tito say he's coming back to kill him on X-date, it could work. Tito is still a really big name in fighting.

I know little of him, other than he ref'd a TNA match years ago and is married to some pornstar <_<

The only thing that fills me with some glimmer of hope is that he appears to actually be into wrestling and when he was on TV last year, he seemed to have some sort of personality...despite it still blowing.

I just don't think having this fascination with MMA is going to bring any fans in. TNA can't get past this retarded hate wrestling fans have, so when they might have a semi-decent idea (not suggesting this is) people just laugh at it.

He really isnt, he hasnt been relevant in the MMA world in a decade more or less.
