Silas Young def. Adam Page

Manhattan Mayhem V kicked off with Silas Young defeating Adam Page. Said to have been a very good opener by those in attendance. Silas picked up the win by hitting a rolling firemans carry, followed by a handstand moonsault from the top rope.

C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander)
def. Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & TaDarius Thomas)

C&C avenged their loss to Adrenaline RUSH as part of the triple threat at All-Star Extravaganza V. They got the win by hitting their signature Overtime combo (top rope hurricanrana followed by a frog splash). ACH got a huge reaction from the crowd in New York, especially when he hit the ‘Air Jordan.’

Proving Ground
Matt Taven def. Mike Mondo

Live reports say this was a solid proving ground match. Taven beat Mondo with his signature headlock DDT. One of the Hoopla Hotties actually hit a hurricanrana onto Mondo at one point.

The Forever Hooligans (Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov) def. The Young Bucks (Nick & Matt Jackson)

The former ROH World Tag Team Champions, the Forever Hooligans, defeated the Young Bucks with a reverse DVD and knee to the face combo. Fans in attendance said this was a fantastic match, as you would expect from these two phenomenal tag teams. Fans chanted “Thank you both” and “Please come back” as both teams adhere to the Code of Honor after the match.

Outlaw Inc. (Eddie Kingston & Homicide) def. Marshall Law (RD Evans & QT Marshall)

Marshall Law come out after intermission and demand a tag team match. They’re interrupted by Prince Nana, who has been officially made ROH Talent Scout by Nigel McGuinness. He then introduces the first two wrestlers he has signed to ROH. Two guys come out wearing creepy clown masks, reminiscent of the Joker’s crew at the start of The Dark Knight. They take their masks off to reveal their true identities, Eddie Kingston and Homicide! Outlaw Inc. were then able to defeat QT Marshall & RD Evans.

World Title Tournament – Quarter Finals
Tommaso Ciampa def. Michael Bennett

Tommaso Ciampa advanced to the Semi-Finals of the World Title Tournament by defeating Michael Bennett. At one point, Bennett teased the piledriver on the apron, but Ciampa was able to escape it, and ended up winning the match with a Kryptonite Krunch on the floor. Live reports say this was a great match between the two. Ciampa will face Adam Cole in the Semi-Finals.

World Title Tournament – Quarter Finals
Kevin Steen def. Roderick Strong

Kevin Steen has now advanced to the Semi-Finals of the World Title Tournament after defeating Roderick Strong with a Package Piledriver. After the match, Steen took an El Generico mask from a fan in attendance, and held it up in the air, followed by lots of Ole! chants from the crowd.

World Title Tournament – Quarter Finals
Michael Elgin def. Karl Anderson

Elgin avenged his previous loss to Anderson and will now face Kevin Steen in the Semi-Finals of the World Title Tournament. He picked up the victory with a Buckle Bomb followed by an Elgin Bomb. Elgin even hit an extremely impressive 54 second vertical suplex on Anderson at one point.

ROH World Tag Team Championship
*NEW CHAMPIONS* reDRagon (Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish)
def. The American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards)

Once again, we have NEW ROH World Tag Team Champions. After The Forever Hooligans defeated reDRagon on TV, and then lost the belts to the American Wolves just 7 days later at All-Star Extravaganza, the belts are now back with reDRagon. Kyle O’Reilly was able to pick up the win for his team by making Davey Richards tap out to a cross arm breaker. Davey was quickly helped to the back, with Eddie still being out after being put through a table by Bobby Fish.

After the match, Outlaw Inc. re-appear and take out reDRagon. Eddie Kingston cuts a promo saying that they’re not ex-MMA guys, and he puts Homicide over as an ROH original. He says that Outlaw Inc. are going to take down the corporation that ROH has become, and that they’re taking over. The show ends with Homicide throwing chairs into the ring.

Note: With all the rumours surrounding the American Wolves leaving ROH, it should be noted that they were featured on the poster for Final Battle 2013, which ROH were selling tickets for at the event.
