| Well as everyone knows I'm really prone to burn out and it seems I'm running on about E. With that said, we've had two excellent assistants that both want to become the 'main' GM. I would love to hear opinions on which one of the two you people would rather have. This is not a forum vote to decide the next GM, but rather an opportunity to state your opinion on the matter. So... Riley or Snoopz? |

| I like Riley and I think giving him a chance to become GM could help him prove he was a good choice, but at the same time, he's got null experience as a GM, whereas Snoopz is known for being a credible GM many times in the past. But he's also got a thing with inconsistency of staying as a GM for long. I think I'll say Snoopz, hopefully he remains longer this time. And Riley makes a really good assistant. |

| Ruro, so he has to grade moar In all seriousness: I wouldn't have a problem with either being head GM, both have been doing stuff really nicely. |

| I know I've been inconsistent in the past, but I'm looking to change that. If I become Main GM again, I won't be stepping down any time in the foreseeable future. I've got plenty of free time and that's likely not gonna change any time soon. In the illustrious words of George Lopez, I got this. |

| Yeah, sorry Snoopz, but you've had plenty of chances at being Head GM. I think its time we gave someone new a shot.
I vote Riley. |

| I think both would do well as GM, in all honesty, so that it isn't a remote worry on my part if either got the role.
With that said, I'm going with Snoopz. Yeah, he's had about 400 goes as the GM and stepped down after everyone, but I'd consider this his last shot. I think Snoopz just gets a tad bored after so long and then wants to start a Mexican fed or restart 2WWF xD So I think with 2WWF probably now gone for good since this place even gave it a chance, he'll just focus on XWA. I've worked with him as a GM before and never had any arguments, he always listened to ideas and was opening to many things. I think he understands the importance of storylines, so they would be prominent under his 'rule', rather than booking everything last minute which I despise (not that we are now).
I think Riley might overwhelm himself if he became GM. Look at it this way, the dude could walk out of BAAB with FOUR of the five bloody belts we have. If he does, how the hell can he be the head GM whilst defending all them? Frankly, he can't. Simple. From what I've been told through the grapevine, Snoopz has a storyline set out that will take basically the rest of the year, so his character is not going to be involved in the top pecking order ala the World Title scene. Whereas Riley is only just coming into his own at the main event level. I think after trying to be a GM and a main eventer at the same time, Riley would quit one of the roles...and I'd rather he stay in the fed to pursue something big because he's on the cusp of it and we need all the new main eventers we can get, really, as very few have actually stepped up since like 2010.
Also one slight concern I have with Riley as GM is that he might randomly book crazy stips. When I was meant to face him for the Hardcore Title @ V#80, we changed it to a tag match...but he wanted it to be a Barbed Wire Massacre which made no sense at all and had zero context. That told me what his booking style might just be :\
So Snoopz for me. Let Riley still be a Assassitant GM and gain more experience, whilst being a top fedder.

| Chilly makes an excellent point with Riley, honestly. Still, why wing it with Snoopz? As you said, he's stepped down numerous times before and the likelihood of him doing it again is HUGE. We need someone stable....someone who doesn't really fed anymore and doesn't plan on doing it anytime soon. That way he can JUST be a grader and there will be no added pressure. We honestly have to stop going back and forth with this GM change. It's getting rather annoying, honestly, and bringing up people to bat who have already struck out numerous times doesn't really make sense to me. We're not supposed to repeat what we've done, we're supposed to learn from them. |

| ^ Your asking for another Megaman type figure. That's never gonna' happen, as Ian is the only one willing to do that and now he's getting burnt out. |

| I agree with Chilly. Although I feel that either of them would be suitable GMs, I think that at this current point, Snoopz would be the more logical choice. Riley is doing great so far, but as an assistant. Snoopz already said he's not going to step down again cause he's trying to prove himself. Snoopz has a lot more experience and Riley hasn't been on the GM team very long. Although Riley would not be a bad choice by any means, I think Snoopz would be the better choice here. I would have a bit more faith in him at this point. ____________________ . Favorite Current Wrestlers:1. Sasha Banks 2. Becky Lynch 3. 4. 5. Favorite All-Time Wrestlers:Your dad |

| Neither. Don't quit Ian. But if I had to choose, I guess Snoopz. Although it does make me weary because of all the chances he's gotten. |

| I also vote Ian. Riley should be the next GM, but not for a long time, at least until he loses some of those damn titles. |

| I think Snoopz is the best choice. As Chilly laid out really clearly, giving Riley the main GM role while he's so invested in the efed as a writer would be pretty overwhelming. In all likelihood it would lead to Riley either devoting less effort to writing matches or less effort to being GM, which wouldn't benefit the efed or Riley either way. Through no fault of Riley's, mind you; it would just be unfair to expect him to devote 100% to both. I haven't worked with Snoopz as GM, but he's a bright guy, and I trust him when he says he will be consistent. No doubt Riley will make a fine GM some time down the line, but not when he's poised to earn 80% of the efed's championships. |

| It just looks like Snoopz is the logical choice. Snoopz stated why he wanted to be GM again and people simply posted "I think Snoopz should be GM" rather than stating why THEY should be GM. I read what you said.....no one else did Also, I don't think people would want me to be a GM. They'll think I'll no-show the gradings. |
