| The Steam Summer Sale is now under way, Valve has announced.
The latest seasonal event on the digital storefront will offer a new series of discounts every day, along with brief flash sales and community-voted discounts.
Highlights from the first day include Far Cry 3 and XCOM: Enemy Unknown for £3.74 and The Witcher 2 for £2.99.
A new set of Trading Cards will also be available as part of the Summer Adventure, offering the chance to earn in-game items, community rewards and free games with every purchase during the sale.
More than 3,000 games will be discounted over the next 10 days.
Valve recently launched in-home streaming to all Steam users last month.
The launch of the first Steam Machines was recently delayed until 2015. |
