According to The Wrestling Observer, WWE is no longer flying in NXT talent to play Adam Rose's Rosebuds on TV. NXT talent will only be used on Raw or Smackdown if they are within driving distance from Orlando, and can travel to the arenas themselves.

WWE is now using local indy talent to play the Rosebuds, and the talent used at last week's TV tapings in Green Bay and Minneapolis were Dysfunction, Justin Dredd, Chase McCoy, Joey Avalon and Melanie Cruise.

As we exclusively reported earlier today, WWE has also cut the tour busses used for its TV crew, in an effort to continue trimming the budget.

I feel like they could probably pluck people from the audience to fill some Rosebud spots. Pay them with a t-shirt or something...
