That shouldn't be your URL. Your browser might be confused by their DDOS protection, which does some weird re-routing.
TNA's biggest fail is their stupid fucking name. Nothing makes me more ashamed to be a wrestling fan than trying to explain to someone that I watch a show called TNA.

I think their biggest failure is that marketing themselves. TNA was in lexington ky a few months ago, I had no idea about it. Barely any commercials or ads about them. A reason why not many people watch TNA, because they have no idea it exist.
