Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy has been announced for PlayStation Vita.

Confirming earlier reports, the handheld port contains remastered versions of Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Locked & Loaded and Ratchet & Clank 3.

Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy will be available from June 2 in Europe, priced at €29.99 (UK pricing is yet to be confirmed).

Insomniac Games community lead James Stevenson said that fans had been requesting a Vita version since the series celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2012.

"We're really excited by how well the PS Vita port of the HD Trilogy has turned out," Stevenson continued.

"It looks amazing and is a terrific way to play the classic Ratchet & Clank adventures. We can't wait for you to get your hands on it and take Ratchet with you wherever you may go."

The Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy was released on PlayStation 3 in 2012, having previously debuted on PS2.

It was listed for a June release by online retailer ShopTo back in April.
