WAPA-TV in San Juan, Puerto Rico, which has aired WWC for years, recently did a one-hour primetime TV special on 2014 WWE Hall of Famer Carlos Colon getting inducted. Production was said to be excellent. The host of the show traveled with Colon to New Orleans for WrestleMania XXX. Several WWE talents, including Bob Backlund, were interviewed for the special.

Carlos' mother, sons Carlito & Eddie, and nephew Orlando were also featured. It was acknowledged that Eddie and Orlando wrestle under masks as Los Matadores in WWE. They talked about how Los Matadores were originally supposed to be a heel tag team but WWE officials got the idea of putting El Torito with them, so then they had to be babyfaces.
