As we noted on Monday night, there was a major Raw script change this week which saw an original Batista vs Daniel Bryan match plan change to Daniel Bryan vs Alberto Del Rio on Raw.

Dave Meltzer noted on this week's Wrestling Observer Radio that another Raw script idea had Batista losing a match to Roman Reigns, but that idea of course was scrapped. When WWE eventually decided to do the Wyatt Family vs Shield main event, one idea had Evolution as the guest time keepers for the bout, but that idea was also scrapped, in favor of having Evolution come out at the very end of the show.
