Of all the stories to come out this week, the strangest is probably that of the rapper who cut his own genitalia off and then jumped from a balcony. If you didn't remember the story (and if you read it you probably didn't forget), it went like this: Northstar member Andre Johnson, who goes by Christ Bearer, cut his penis off and from a second floor balcony in North Hollywood, California. He'd been found on the pavement ant taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in critical condition. Reports associated him with the Wu-Tang Clan, stemming from the fact that Northstar was discovered by RZA who produced their album Bobby Digital Presents Northstar.

However, the Clan is having none of it. As Gawker reports, the group posted a now-deleted post to WuTangClan.com that denied any affiliation with him. The post read, "Parental Advisory : Don't Believe The HYPE. This Mother Fucker Ain't Got Shit to do with The WUTANG Brand." No word on why they have since deleted the post.

Johnson's equipment was unable to be reattached but he has survived and is in stable condition. It's unsurprisingly believed that he has mental issues.
